My experience started out,not to good.the individual at the front desk was rude,belligerent, unprofessional. The second individual did his best to ammendment for his ignorance and directed me another employee. I went to another bldg.an was met by the most kindest service rep.ever. so cordially an very helpful. After explaining my dilemma at the front desk, he continually apologized.we continued the car issue, he explained the cost,I agreed, an left,an came back an hour or so later. Car was done,I paid an left a happy customer. Don, your people skills were above and beyond the call of duty.its people like you that make a customer come back an ask for your service. Im pretty sure I lucked out but I was to get my alignment done same day as calling. The technician(Don?), was straightforward and took his time to check my suspension bolts and discovered that one of the tie rods ( I had recently replaced, was incorrectly attached. He also discovered a bolt that cross threaded and retapped. These additional items were not charged to the bill which only came out to a little more than $70. I have already recommended Sam's to co-workers who have had no compliants. Additionally the folks who work the behind the counter were friendly and helpful. This is a pleasant surprise considering the attitudes I've ran into at other shops. Thank you!

Body repair was very good. The car drives fine.
However, after driving the car for a couple of weeks since the repair, there is a noticeable pulsating humming/vibration coming from the front of the car when I get to about 40mph. I had all new tires installed about a week ago. The issue remained.
At the time I picked the car up from Sams, I was informed that I was to arrange to bring the car back for a checkup at which time I would like for you to checkout the above issue. I will call to arrange.
PS: Sam’s did a great job taking care of my car and I would highly recommend others to have any repairs addressed by you.
