Ruben was great to work with. My car is my Baby, and not only did he understand that, I felt he gave my car the upmost care. The chip marks were repaired, the stuff marks removed and the wax job is awesome. I have MY car back.

I was glad not to feel pressured to repair every detail of what could have been done. I was happy to just have done what we needed and Rueben was great. He gave me all the options and let us choose what was most important to us. Thanks

The service was great. I liked the updates on the progress of my repairs. The project came in under the original estimate. The only critique I have is that my car was dusty when I picked it up. I have black fabric seats so it shows up easily and I could see it all over the place. The last time I had repairs from you - my car was pristine when I got it back, so I had really high expectations. Other than that - I was happy with your business.

Thanks for going the extra mile. I wasn't expecting my car to be cleaned but it sure looks good!

I was very dissatisfied with the difference between the estimate and the final bill. There was a 58% increase in the final bill over what the estimate said it would be. Had I known this would happen, I would have taken the car to one of the other body shops around town. In my job, if I screwed up an estimate that bad, I would have to honor the original estimate and write off the additional costs. I also didn't appreciate that I was told the car would be ready on Friday, 11/4, and it wasn't ready until the following Wednesday. I was forced to rent a car over the weekend because you didn't have the car done when you said it would be. On a positive note, the ladies I dealt with at the front desk and on the phone were very friendly. That being said, receiving a voicemail every day this week telling me that there will be more expense added to an already over budget repair was enough to send me over the edge. I will never be back, and will not be referring anyone to Rick's Auto Body.
