Thank you for the care and attention you provided to my very-special-to-me Flex. I am so glad to have it fixed like new and back home with me!!! I love the email updates and the communication.

I am currently waiting for a part that apparently wasn't installed due to Honda shipping the wrong part. A little confused because the paperwork seems to show that I am finished, however, the woman helping me review the car said I was allowed to take it home and come back for the 10 minute install when it came in. This is understandable, but it would be nice to have that stated in a way the customer could understand it in the paperwork so I knew that was happening.After signing paperwork and on my way out the interior panel came away from the door. They had to find a different pin to keep the inside door panel tight as the one they installed first time was the wrong size and popped out (no problem your guys found a suitable one on the spot). Not 24 hrs later a piece of plastic fell off of the interior of my door. Called and the person that helped me said to bring it in. I feel that so far I can't give you a satisfaction assessment as I have a few things that need to be addressed once my part comes in. It seems like your group does an honest job wanting to satisfy the customer and make things correct. I"ll be able to assess that once I am done getting my car fixed.

I was very impressed with the service and the total customer experience. You guys and gals clearly pay attention to the details! I particularly LOVED having a cleaned car on pickup, what a nice touch!! Don't get that everywhere. Reuben was especially great, he explained everything so well and was really nice to work with. One overlooked chip damage on the door, when Ruben told me they'd go over the car thoroughly and touch up any chip damage. The only chip damage I'm aware of is the one you didn't address. Other than that, I'm very impressed. Thank you!
