Very professional and kept me updated every day what progress they were making! Very pleased with my car very good job!

While coming out of a local store, I noticed an individual hitting the rear bumper of my parked car. My insurance company had their own preferred repair shops. The driver's insurance company accepted full liability. It is going through their preferred repair shop, that I discovered the excellence of Hall's Collision Center. Most attentively, I received e-mail updates throughout the repair process. From the smoothness of the repair, the priming, the clarity and vibrant depth of the repainted surface, to the final oven baked on process, (not to mention how thoroughly they provided information about the process!), I could not be more impressed with their professionalism and the results they achieved. My car looks beautiful, the very evidence that their collision service, from start to finish, is second to none. How great to discover ****Collision Center! Thank you so much!

Good communication.

Mark did a great job communicating the process. First off, mark got the truck tore apart in a quick time frame. He then kept me informed of the process for which stage they were in. He informed me if there were any set backs and assured me they situations would be taken care of in a timely manner. Man they met the deadline as discussed. He, ****collision, were very curtious every time I spoke with them. They took care of everything with my insurance company and gave me a calm piece of mind during this stressful time. Your team were the kindest and most professional auto group I have ever worked with. They were so helpful. I work in Dallas and couldn't get to the shop before they closed and needed to get an audio book from my car. They let my sister come get it even after they had closed.
