Work was great, excellent customer service/communication. Employees displayed professionalism throughout. We had no idea however; that the fumes would remain for up to 30 days. Our 1st short drive was very unpleasant and made both my wife and I I'll. A brief disclaimer regarding the "gassing" process would have been helpful. Hopefully you will inform future clients.

This is our second experience with Beal's and once again we are satisfied and impressed. Really like the updates and the time they take to explain things.

Work was done quickly and well done. They had to tear the liner off my truck roof and it looks perfect. Even gave us a truck detail!

Brian in "estimating" was the first Beal's employee that I met. He was, and continued to be, courteous, informative, and very helpful. He told me that my repairs would usually take more than one 5 day week, but did some recalculating such that if I brought it in at 8:00 AM on Monday, it could be ready by 5:00 - 6:00 PM on Friday. That I greatly appreciated because I had a very big commitment I had made for Saturday. True to his word, it was ready late Friday afternoon. He went over and showed me exactly what was done before I drove it away. Being withou transportation for 5 days posed somewhat of a problem logistically. However, Lilly took me home (not an easy address to find) after I dropped it off, and Brian made the arrangements for me to have her pick me up late Friday afternoon because of my schedule. No problem - Beal's adjusted. I could not have asked for better service. I also appreciated the emails during the week telling me about the progress that was being made. My hat goes off the all of those skilled employees (whom I never met) who did all of the work. Brian could only show me the outside, not the inside f what was done. However, after the repairs were made, the paint matched, I saw what appeared to be a new car finish - clean and shinny. I appreciated the gift of "paint touch up" which of itself was a nice touch. I'm going to tell my Farmer's agent about my experience so they can pass it along to other policy holders who my require your services. I have absolutely no complaints and my vehicle still looks like new. Thanks again to Brian and all of your other employees that made it happen. John W

Thank you for your extra care. The job is very well done, and the unexpected clean-up of a very dirty car was a pleasant surprise. It made me feel like I had a new car. It was a nice gesture for a a basically unpleasant experience. You will be my only auto body company, but I hope not to be a regular. I would certainly refer you for your TLC.

It was a very positive experience from the time of inspection and getting a quote right up to picking up my car. Everyone was very helpful and kept me well informed. That was very helpful especially since I was from out of state and had a deadline . I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very happy with my results. It looks like a new car again!
