The work performed, the courtesy of the employees we interacted with were both great. Our issue was with the fact we were told to expect the truck back to us in 2 - 3 days. In the end it was a week and a half! Granted, part of the problem was communication with the Liberty Mutual agent but still.........

I was going to email you (Beal's). I'm getting back end noises when driving on bumpy roads. The brake and accelerator at times lurches forward. I'm not sure if this is something a body shop deals with. As for the people at Beal's, I couldn't be more satisfied. Peter was so helpful during this time.
