I suggest you give a time range for completion of repair jobs, rather than stating a certain number of days. I fixated on the words "four day job" even though I could clearly see, from the crowded parking lot, that you were being slammed with work.Maybe it's just my personal psychology, but the words "four to eight days" would have given me more realistic expectations. Just my humble opinion!

The repair appears to have been done very well. I have not yet been able to verify that the trunk seal is completely waterproof, but it looks like there will be no problem. If a leak is detected, will it be covered by the repair warranty?

Shirley was wonderful. It took a month for the car to be fixed, but Accurate took the time to make sure everything was fixed properly. The people are friendly and I was treated with patience and respect. Thank the Lord for an owner who truly is a godly man who lives his faith out by his service to his customers.
