I called last week to schedule a drop off. They said regardless of if I dropped off on Friday or Monday, the vehicle would be ready on Wednesday. The vehicle was not ready until Thursday and I had to call about it. Otherwise the work was satisfactory. The receptionist was courteous and professional.

The experience was magnificent. All of the office staff absolutely incredible and my car was fixed very well. It was spotless when I picked up. The Collision Works team on 51st street is like a bunch of super hero’s!

This is my second visit to your shop with my vehicle and both times I've been very impressed with the attention and respect all of your team members show towards me and my vehicle. My vehicle was repaired back to its Immaculate condition within a very reasonable wait time. I recommend your place to anyone who asks and will return whenever I need to have work done again

This was the first time I have had to use a body repair shop for a car. I was rear ended and this was an insurance deal, so I was a bit nervous. Jamie was very reassuring and helpful, a very pleasant experience in all. She even had a smidge removed as I was picking up my car after I noticed it. I could have done that myself, but she insisted it would only be a few minutes to take care of, so I said okay. She went above and beyond to make sure I am/was happy with my overall experience. I will definitely use Collision Works if I have that need again!

From start to finish Jamie was great at her job. My husband and I had used Body Works at least three times before, as our business was very close. I went directly there after my accident to get an estimate. The receptionist was also very cordial, but I didn't get her name. I had a friend tell me about another body shop, but she is aways looking for a low **** estimate. I want my car looking new, not just fixed. Collision Works does that.
