Had my lift gate replaced but now my rear windshield wiper doesn’t work as if it isn’t connected and since i got the car back, my usb port won’t connect. not sure how that’d be related, but it’s odd timing. i’ve been trying to call about it but the line keeps ringing.

I enjoyed being regularly updated about the progression of my repairs. Alongside that the customer service was impeccable. When leaving I felt like they were like family, ensuring that I knew that if anything happened they’d be here to help.

There were many things that were not fixed correctly with my car. I understand the fact that there was a long wait for parts but to wait so long on parts and then the repairs to not be done correctly was very upsetting. Additionally, cables that were removed were left all messy on the seat and there was bottles of drinks left in the car. When I went to show the things I was not ok with I was told I would receive a call when we can bring car back in and have yet to receive a call.

Upon close inspection after having taken my car from the store, I noticed on the side panel that had to be repaired, it was not smooth where it connects to the panel next to it.
