Paint is a poor match, might have passed had it been blended to hood. Right side skirt below door is not flush to body. Right front speaker was not reconnected, right front badge was not reinstalled. Right front/front fender liner vent grill is not sitting flush thus allowing tire to rub. There is still a shake in steering wheel at hiway speeds.

Jason will not let me talk to the manager or the owner. Every time I call he says they're on vacation or not in and I'll talk to him every time I call. One of the issues I wrote to you before is that my truck was in your shop for 52 days. One of the problems is that my rental vehicle for all 52 days came out of my pocket. The insurance company says they're only going to reimburse me for four of those days. I called Jason last Monday and he said he would write me a letter stating why it took my truck so long to be worked on and how I could not drive it in the condition it was in. Well days have passed and I decided to call Jason again and ask him for the letter. He told me how he got yelled at from his boss becuase of the last survey I took and made me feel very uncomfortable. He said he went up to bat for me and he's not going to anymore and that I didn't deserve what I got. Please contact Nick for ****-****-xxxx
