It was a fine job work wise but the communication is poor, just several emails sent out. I did get a call when the car was completed from Jason saying the car was done. Otherwise I never met him or heard from him when dropping off and throughout the work. Your work is excellent so I will still come to you but pushing a few emails out with one sentence in them or just saying still on target isn't much and it's all automated. I don't like enterprise because they really provide poor service and they were clueless but the convenience can't be beat. We had issues with having to go in to the one in Redmond to add our son to the policy due to erroneous information but I know that you guys can't control that. Just wish you could persuade Avis or Hertz to provide the same service to your facility! But our car looks great and we trust that it is done completely.

The work on the car was done to perfection and the email updates on the status of the repair were very helpful. I am very happy with the experience.

Took almost two months to get the replacement bumper shipped from Germany, but Bellevue Auto Rebuild did great work and got everything done quickly once all the parts arrived.
