They were super kind and helpful! I never had to ask for updates cause they were one step ahead of me - letting me know everything - Including that my Jeep was done early! I want to say that his name was Kevin - I’m so bad with names. I had the Jeep Grand Cherokee trail hawk.

My, one to two day repair turned into a 3 day repair (that turned into another trip back due to lack of parts being ordered) I received NO communication from my rep, Pete. I called him, the morning of the 3rd day, going into the weekend, in the morning. He told me the car would be ready at 4:30, when I arrived, I found that it wasn't finished (NO phone call to tell me this). I took the car anyway and had to return as the correct parts had not been delivered from the new supplier (on the other side of the state) I have not received a follow up call or reimbursement for not taking a rental and the broken license plate frame which I learned I would have to replace myself 3 out of 10 satisfaction (as the repair to the front bumper looks good)

Even when there were days (related to delivery of parts), he communicated clearly and set expectations appropriately. I have had the car back for a few days now and so far all appears to be well. The repair was well done and looks great. Your business hours are inconvenient for someone with a job. It would be helpful if you opened at 7am and closed at 6pm to allow someone not to miss work.
