Charlie and Tiffany were very accommodating. When I became hospitalized and couldn't pick up my Porsche, they coordinated getting it to Newpirt Porsche for service and back. Haven't seen it yet but I've been told it looks great. Thanks again to Charlie and Tiffany.

I had to go the car dealer to fix the mistake your center overlooked and did not investigate. I gave up my whole afternoon to get this addressed when the administer and rep assured me that it was because of normal wear. When the part was removed from the dealer, it was determined that the part was crushed from the impact. Why could you not check the part out instead of insisting that the problem was before the accident. Furthermore, why was I not notified about the problem prior to pick up? You called about superficial detail in the wiper but not on the engine failure - wtf!
