I was told a week for service and it took 2 weeks due to mistakes made by workers. Although ABRA called and explained everything which I appreciate. Perhaps it would have been better to estimate a longer time for the service to be completed. It was a hassle not having my car for 2 weeks. The work was done on my car very beautifully

The overall qaulity of the repair was lacking. Overspray all over the door jam. The A pillar wasnt completely painted. My vehicle was fairly dirty when i picked it up.

Very happy with quality of work, a little disappointed that after I was informed the car was ready to pick up, I received a call that there was a ( dent ) in the new part. I am glad it was found before I got there, but it took another two days to repair. Other than that, I am happy with finished repair, and I will use them again if needed.
