This location was outstanding and went above and beyond what I expected. I hope I never have to have work done again BUT if I do I will definitely use Abra.

The body work and interior detail meets my expectations; however the exterior detail work does not appear to be sanded, treated, and then painted as described in the overview. I understand the paint colors won’t match necessarily, but it appears to have been applied haphazardly and with one or few coats as the paint remains transparent. If a car were being detailed for sale, I don’t think this work would meet the mark. I had to point out some spots that were missed upon pickup. Regarding customer service, I was also told that I would be contacted regarding the back bumper and dent on hood during the work but never received a call. I was also informed after the fact that your office arranges pickups/courtesy vehicles; this service was never offered to me. The discount for cash payment that I discussed at drop off was not recorded in the file which left me in the position to defend the verbal promise upon pickup. Your front office ladies were helpful and polite in processing my paperwork and requests, however. My spouse also needs repairs, and after my experience I am not likely to suggest Abra.

Work done and have found no problems I would have to return fore.

Byron & the ladies up front are so kind. They took care of not only my car but also me. They treat you like family and I am very happy with my repairs. They do not rush cars out unfinished, but take their time and make sure every detail is perfect. Will come to them with all my car needs.
