I really appreciate how your facility gave us almost daily updates on the progress of the repairs and the expected completion date. You met the completion date and the total charge for the repairs was slightly less than the original estimate. Your detailing of the care and pristine condition when the car was returned was much appreciated. I would like to say that we did expect this type of service from ABRA as we had the Shallotte facility repair a previously owned vehicle which was damaged in a collision with a deer.
