There was a fairly minor correction that was needed after I arrived to pick up the vehicle. The two sides of the front bumper wrap were not quite correctly aligned and needed adjusting. This should have been noticed during the quality control check before I was called. It’s better for QC to catch these items than the customer. Once that was corrected, I was satisfied with repair.

I liked the fact that Abra kept in touch with me daily about the progress of my Metra and were very nice and professional on the phone!

I have picked up/driven many a friend to Abra in the past. Today however was the first time I needed that favor. As someone who has seen the work and service you provide over the years I have to say you exceeded expectation. From the moment Abra had my car, not a day went by where I did not know what the current status of my car was. If I may use their names here, **** and CJ did a fantastic job on customer service. To the point where I was looking down signing paperwork, heard CJ speak, and knew him simple by his voice and hearing him over the phone. **** was out when I picked up my car but please pass on my thanks. She called me every single morning. I work in customer service, there is no way I could bring that much positivity and sheer chipperness to my customers over the phone that early. Yet she always did.
