I felt the attention to detail was not up to par...after waiting 8 days to get my truck fixed after I was hit in an accident--- I had to wait again to get the tailgate latch fixed and then return the next day to get the tail lights fixed... Then I was very adamant to have ALL the rocker panels replaced after the accident--- I was told by Josh that they will do this- then when I picked it up Josh showed me that they were ALL replaced--- when I got home, however, I noticed all the panels were NOT replaced- just the ones that were broken.... I'm glad the other insurance was paying the bill because Josh said that they charged them to replace them all- but then later told me they didn't, and it would cost me $125 to have them put on!! I felt misled but more importantly--- I don't trust Sioux Falls Fords integrity... This is disappointing!! I have had all my services, oil changes, tires, and several repairs done there--- probably no longer after this!! I could've went anywhere to get this repair done... A $5000 fix and I feel misled and undervalued.... Not happy!

The whole process ws quick and painless, plus the work didn't take as long either! Even after the short time the shop had my vehicle, it looked like the accident never happened.

Nolan was great to work with. The people who fixed our dents did a great job! I really appreciated the text updates.
