The completion date was delayed one day and I was informed via automated text message. The next day I called to confirm, staff apologized for not reaching me before the text did. When I picked up the vehicle the backup camera still didn't work. I called to see what was up with that and the staff said it wasn't related to the accident because he overheard a tech talking, and said it was because the camera is on the back end the front end was being repaired. I said that it worked just fine before I hit the deer... he said he'd have my guy call me. No call. Didn't surprise me as when I dropped the vehicle off they didn't have record of it scheduled either even though my appt was made 3 weeks prior. Overall just pure lack of communication and completion. Because of the experience, I wouldn't recommend. The staff that I dealt with were extremely friendly at all times Which I appreciate very muuch, but communication was lacking throughout the process.
