Your text/email notification system is not very good. I received emails when I first dropped it off and then once it was ready and nothing more. You had the vehicle for over a week and I had to call for the updates.

Aaron really made me feel like my car was in good hands from the day that I dropped my car off. Him and his crew did a great job of keeping me updated on the status of the repair. I was also very satisfied with how quickly & how clean my vehicle was returned to me. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to Abra for sure! Thank you!
