Butch was terrific! He called often to let me know where my truck is in the process. The truck turned out great. And besides all of that Butch is a great guy as well and Jodi was always friendly too. Which is nice when you're feeling traumatized by having to bring your mostly destroyed vehicle in the first place.

I waited on 2 time delays that could have been avoided. They missed damaged parts that they only figured out the day I was to get my car back. It took 2 days to do the alignment, only to figure out my car pulls to the left in less than a mile of leaving the shop. I had also asked to get an estimate on replacing my front axles when I brought the car in. I never received an estimate. I have already contacted my insurance company about this and will be sending my car elsewhere to be checked over and corrected. DO NOT CALL ME!
