Rick was absolutely amazing. He was completely honest up front about the cost and time it would take, and worked with me to bring the cost down when I decided to pay out of pocket. He gave detailed status updates, along with his expert opinion on how to move forward (which most often worked in my favor). He even stayed late to make sure I got my car when I had to drive down from Minneapolis to get it. Made a very stressful time much easier to bear. 11/10
