Abra Auto Body Repair of America - Post Falls

I wasn’t given the option to cash out of my insurance claim. I dropped off my vehicle for appraisal and they asked me to sign over the vehicle to them then. After they did the appraisal they initiated repairs despite my saying I wasn’t interested. Your staff went ahead and repaired $2500 worth of things on the vehicle without my consent, but since they made me sign over the vehicle I was told the choice was no longer mine. After calling and trying to work thru this with the manager of the shop, I asked him what I could do to protect myself from being taken advantage of like this and he said “go somewhere else next time”. So they spent all my insurance money on purely cosmetic things I never wanted in the first place and now I have to spend my own money to get the things fixed that actually needed fixing. I couldn’t possibly be more dissatisfied

Gavin was the best to work with. I felt so bad for him since he received a part either broken or the wrong one 6 times. My Insurance called me and I told them it wasn't the dealership it was the company shipping out the part and they were going to investigate them if I didn't receive my vehicle and if the 6th part came in broken. I would definitely use Abra again if I needed to
