Everyone was so nice to me. When I dropped off my car (2010 Chevy average LT- Red) , everything didn't go as planned with the rental car. I waited for hours at Abra Body Shop for a rental. When things didn't work out , they offered me a ride home. The best customer service I've ever seen. They kept me very informed with the things being fixed with my car. I LOVE EVERYONE THERE. USAA sent me to ABRA and it was such a wonderful experience! Everyone there was so nice and considerate. My husband and I knew we were moving to our next duty station but wanted to get my car fixed prior to making the long drive. ABRA made sure that my car was fixed correctly and efficiently! If we weren't moving, I would most definitely go back in the future. I would recommend ABRA to anyone needing body repairs. Also, I absolutely loved the daily updates via text messages!
