Jacob oxberger did an awesome job! Bought a used car with some front end damage. Got car cheap but repair quotes were much higher than expected! Many repair shops I went too encouraged me to commit insurance fraud because the costs were going to be too much, but Jacob was honest and did a great job of working costs down by getting after mark parts when he could! Dropped the car off Tuesday and got back on Friday! Jacob needs a bonus or a raise! I’m a business owner as well and would be proud to have Jacob on my team! On a side note, I know Jacob didn’t do everything himself and I’m sure he has a strong team of technicians that are true artists! Thanks again Jacob and the team at Abra!!

Very good experience and was extra pleased when I saw that my car had not only been fixed, but had been vacuumed as well. Having 2 toddlers, it's hard to keep the car clean, so that was a very pleasant surprise. Thanks!!

Abra has done it again. Provided massively outstanding workmanship and service. Our Nissan Rogue was delivered back to us in better condition than the factory. Not only was the body work and paint perfect, the car was cleaned from head to toe making Abra head and shoulders above the rest.

The timing was all over the place, every time it was supposed to be finished the completion date was pushed out another 3 days. This project went from being a projected 4 days to a total of 16 days. Which typically wouldn't be an issue if that expectation was set in the first place, but being put through all the confusion of extending time over and over made this a sub par experience. My experience was disappointing to say the least. The bed side does look fine, but wasn't blended with the tailgate or rear passenger door, the body lines from the cab to the new bed side don't line up, they are slightly off and the tailgate rattles really bad now. The detail crew must have used a high power pressure washer because my wheels were plasti dipped prior to dropping the vehicle off, and now the plasti-dip is all ruined each of the wheels and has to be re-done now to look right. Overall the work that was done, was done correctly, but I was disappointed in the amount of time it took for those tasks. Respectfully, - Nic

Repairs put my car back as good as new. The staff was professional and the process was expeditious. A couple of minor items were discovered upon picking the car up, but Robert (mgr) has committed to make them right any time it's convenient for me.
