Word of mouth is a powerful tool, and I will definitely be telling people about the awesome experience I had with both you and Geico. I was so busy with life stuff just days after a cross country move, and when the accident happened, I was frustrated with how much this would add to my to-do list. However, all I had to do was drop my car off and pick it up the next day, all fixed to the point you couldn't tell where the damage had been AND cleaned like the day I drove it off the lot. Worked with Sean Deason for my car repair. He was great every step of the way during my repair. Initially he explained how the process would work and kept me updated each day my car was in the shop. I was also able to be shuttled from my home to the shop and back again when the repair was completed. This was extremely helpful. Was very pleased with the repair.

I just noticed today seal on window behind driver side was hanging loose with 2 pieces of masking tape?
tried to put it back on by myself, but not sure it's on right and have concerns come our next monsoon...
this doesn't really make me unhappy with my experience... hopefully just a small glitch that you can put my mind to ease about
