Terrible experience with your shop. I was notified car was ready (1st time). Turns out you caused more damage to my car. 2nd time I was notified car was ready- it was a sloppy repair. They had to go to a different shop (Cooks Collision) to get advice on how to repair it. 3rd time I came to get my car, I again had to point out details missed by your people.
I regret taking my car to your shop.

The new bumper is misaligned with the trunk, fender, and taillights on both sides. And the repair entire job looks hurried with little attention to detail. I pointed it out to Justin who said it could all be fixed but he couldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t stretch the bumper and create a bigger issue. He told me the vehicle was under warranty and I could return to have it fixed if I wasn’t happy. At that time, I decided to let it go because I had an appointment and needed to leave but I took pictures to send to Geico so they are aware of the issue. The discrepancies may seem minor to a body worker but they are unacceptable to me as the owner who paid almost $20,000 for their vehicle and expects it to be repaired correctly ar a recommended body shop.
