The color is a little bit off from rest of vehicle but I understand it’s hard to do so i will just get use to it.

4/25/19 Day of picking up my 2016 Honda Accord was a problem. After paying for my deductible, I came to start my car and my battery was dead. My car was only there for 2 and a half day, not very long. I never have issue with my battery until today. I had to replace my battery as my wife is the one driving it and I do not want her to be stranded any where. I ask if they were going to replace my battery as when I took it in I did not have any issue with my battery they said no. I ask if my car was to die on the road are they going to come and recharge my battery for me, they said no. Raymond spoke with his manager regarding the issue, either I wait a hour or so and they can recharge or I can drive the car and my alternator will recharge the battery itself. Raymond manager never came out to speak to me. I ask Raymond if he had a new car and his battery die what would he do. He did not answer me. I told Raymond the only way they can kill my car battery is by leaving the door open or they had my car lights on. Raymond did not admit to any and said they can’t do anything about it and they will not replace my battery. And yeah I know that they wouldn’t admit to fault because your never suppose to. I wouldn’t mind if I was the one driving the car most time but it actually my wife the one that will be driving this car. My wife does not know anything about car and if it dies who will be the one that help her unfortunately not service king right. I told them fine I’ll replace at my own cost because I don’t know when where my car can die. I know recharging it would be fine but I do not have the time as my wife and I only have a car each for work and replacing the battery would be much better cause for my wife instead because I do not want her to be stranded anywhere. Anyways no need to reply back saying your sorry as Raymond and his manager couldn’t even do it for them self. But thanks again for the repair and killing my battery. Sometime if your would just apologize and take fault would be a better thing to do because I know mistake can happen but if your going to tell me that my battery die on it own then yeah that’s that right and you can’t do nothing about it. By reading yelp they had already had bad review I should of went with that and took my car somewhere else. But I just want to give it a shot as everyone we’ll encounter a different situation. I guess mines was bad but oh well. Peace out.

What an extraordinary experience! I am so satisfied with the process of getting my vehicle repaired at Service King. From start to finish I was periodically updated with the repair progress. I loved meeting everyone (Beth, Becky, Rojj and Wade) who had something to do with my experience. They were all thorough, friendly and professional.
