The work that service King did on my car was exceptional, Communications with Ray at the Roseville Riverside location was exceptional as well however getting the process started there was some mixup in getting the pictures and communicating but that was all resolved.

Overall the finished product was very satisfactory. From the beginning of the process the communication was poor. No time frames were given or explained clearly. During this time a number of calls went unreturned. As a Friday return date turns to Saturday then into Monday, Tuesday and finally mid afternoon on Wednesday to get the car back. My family missed out on a pre paid vacation day as part of the holiday weekend. Our service advisor was symptomatic. My dis pleasure was obvious and yet it was never really addressed by any form of management. Upon bring the car home all of the radio stations had been reprogrammed and more than a quarter of a tank of gas was gone. I left a message with this information on Wednesday before Thanksgliving and was promised yet again a phone call and some kind of reply. Never did that come either. I would just have to say that I was very unsatisfied with the handling and communication by your company and would be surprised if you never read this.

I learned that I have to return in 2 weeks when a part arrives but mike assured me he will take care of my Mini Cooper and in a timely manner.

Will be returning tomorrow for bumper guard that was not installed and the paint damage on right side rear. Appointment with mike at 10:30.

I appreciated all that Aaron Wittmayer did in g fixing the fallen bumper by pushing it back in place. And he found some clips to hold the bottom shroud in position. Aaron went out of way to help me during my time of distress. He was honest and did not take advantage of my problems. He did not charge me for his time and knowledge. He is such a nice person.
