Our truck was car jacked in Jan 2018 and had a variety of damage. The first time we had the truck in SK was for almost 2 ****/2 months. We picked it up with some of the repairs not completed. When my hubby called again multiple times, Ray only said, the manager will call you and hung up. We finally got ahold of Jeremy and he handled things well.He got the things fixed and was professional and kind.He made all the difference in the world when will finally picked the truck back up on 7-13-18.

I really like Service King everybody was very friendly. I really liked working with Beth she was very friendly and business like she helped me to put me at ease regarding how everything was going to be handled. She made it go very smoothly between the rental car and the insurance and Service King everything went very smooth I didn't have to worry about anything and Service King was very good at staying in touch with me regarding when the work will be done. Overall I am very very satisfied with Service King and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and the public also I want to say even when I did find an issue when I came to pick up my car it was handled very quickly and hundred percent satisfaction.
