I hardly have any car repairs but I do have to say that this the best encounter that I have ever had. Jesse is the best. Then Melissa. My daughter was in an accident and Allstate had me go there. They did such a good job that when the incident happened with my and my husband's cars. I told Allstate that I wanted to go back there. If I didn't a text everyday I got a phone call letting me know the progress on all of my cars. Very professional, efficient. I have 3 brand new cars again. I recommend Service King to anyone. Thank you for all of your service.

From the moment that I stepped in at Service Kings, I was kindly greeted by Melissa. As I shortly waited for the manager Josh Alvarez, he stepped out of his office and apologized for the short wait; that automatically showed me that he was focused on providing the best customer service. Which he happed to overly exceed. He assisted and provided me a solution to my problem that I was currently having with my rental car from Enterprise Car Rental. He then advised me that Travis was going to assist me with the paperwork and shortly after I was greeted by Travis, who assisted me with the paperwork and gave me more detail about the work that was done. Through each step that I went through, the staff was professional, the manager clearly displayed that the focus was on providing phenomenal customer service and finding solutions to problems that seemed impossible for someone like myself. Overall Manager Josh seems to be running the San Bernardino store to its full potential. Because of the way the manager displayed excellent Managerial skills, I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone who is looking to have their car repaired and wants to have excellent customer service. Great Job Service Kings! Your store has won a lifetime customer.
