Due to the negligence of the insurance company, all of the necessary work was not ccompleted as required so that is being addressed and rectified now for a thorough compliance with completion.

I put a new headlight on the left side and for some reason the one you put in is a lot dimmer then the new one I put in. Do I just need to buy another one for the right headlight?

A panel came off my truck ( feel off) tried to order that replacement part . Could not just get that part it was one of three parts that go's from one side to the other side of truck cost 280 dollars ordered part to make repairs. Instead of painting the hole replacement part I ordered and putting it on my truck they pulled!!!! The part that was missing off my truck (pulled off) and painted it and popped it on to my truck. My question is if it came off in the first place why!! Pop in a new replacement part back on a part it came off of in the first place??? Just so it could come off again? I've owned dodge trucks all my life never had a part fall off. Plus the manager thinks he just helping out was a big inconvenience for him I couldn't get him out of his chair to help me just to go. Look at the replacement part at your parts shop.he made me feel like I wasn't important an that I was a big inconvenience to him. Other than that I felt I was taken advantage of.

When I got there to pick up my truck cause they told me it was finished. It took me a untrained professional to tell the service manager that the bumper was very crooked and this was after I asked him to look at the number and tell me what was wrong with it and he said nothing. Then I waited 20-30 minutes for them to finish and I was late coming back to work. I was very displeased with the service, the customer service and the notifications.

Slow to fix vehicles. No updates provided. Literally had to call and hassle for updates or information

Body shop did a good job of fixing another body shops paint job, and replacing a part that attaches somewhere around lower radiator support. Back to paint correction after 2 trips to original body shop they could not get it straight it was still cowled up. Body shop manager looked at the area and knew exactly how to correct it, the technician did a wonderful job of the correcting the area. Kudos to the body shop, they will get my body shop work as needed. GREAT JOB !!!!!!!!!!!

the only thing I am not sure about is if they reset the windshield wiper sensor

My truck was gone through while it was there there was 80 more miles on the truck whenever I got it back then when I dropped it off I told them about parts that need to be put on the truck from a collision when I dropped it off that at the end were added which extended the stay I called about a recall and was told parts are not available the Mopar site says the parts are available

I brought my vehicle into the body shop to have insurance claim work done and I had them remove a dent that wasn’t part of the claim and the work done was outstanding. Very professional service you offer
