Thank you for taking good care of my Mazda. I liked receiving the progress reports. There was a communication problem with the final one as to what time and day the car would be ready. Automated automatically reads end of day time. I could have picked it up at 9:00 AM but message said 5:00PM . Cost me another day of rental car. I am a senior who still likes a phone call! Other than that you guys do a great job and always take good care of me.

The body work looks great. Frame is not straight. Frame above spare tire has been beat and pried in an attempt to straighten. The rear leaf spring support bushings have undo stress on them because of frame rail not being straight. Undercoating was not applied very well. The frame has areas that were missed and there is overspray on the bumper. To release the spare tire you have to insert the tool above the bumper rather then through the factory access because it is out of line. The repair of the frame could have been done just as well in my driveway.

Almost 7 weeks to fix dents is beyond ridiculous, rude staff, then to add insult to injury, you order the wrong window visors so MY TRUCK IS STILL NOT COMPLETE, the inside was left filthly and dusty, residue all over the steering wheel i could go on but my blood pressure keeps rising with the thought of your pathetic service

It doesn't take 5 weeks to fix 2 airbags and **** bumper. The collision center made additional estimates without notifying me. When I called and asked about the status of my car, I was given the run-around and lied to. I will NEVER have my car serviced by Beach Ford Collision Center, nor will I be purchasing another car from Beach Automotive.

Picked my car up on Friday and there was a light coating of pollen on it, which was understandable. I drove it home and put in garage and drove saturday in the rain and the wipers were dragging like crazy. After returning home, I discovered that the rear window, glass roof top, front windshield and some portions of the sides of the car has OVERSPRAY all over the paint finish. You run your hand across the paint and it drags and feels rough and other areas, very smooth (where there is no overspray). The work performed and the service was excellent, but this has me really upset and I expect to have the overspray taken off my car. NOW, I have to worry about getting back to Myrtle beach and waiting to have my car finish corrected (which I shouldnt have had to do, if it were properly checked).
