I was impressed how easy it was as a customer. I called USAA and they recommended Joe Hudson's Collision Center, Warrington, Pensacola, Fl. I was greeted by a Traci Jackson at the front desk. Her professionalism and customer service were impeccable. She explained about the how I will be informed by text and email of the status of my vehicle at all times. She introduced me to the Manager/Estimator Richard Belanger. Richard provided me great service and went out of his way and gave me a ride home in his personal vehicle after I dropped off my damaged vehicle. I was informed by text, email and many times personal phone calls on the status of my vehicle. I will recommend Joe Hudson's Collision Center to everyone I know that needs their vehicle repaired.
