The job was to paint/repair/replace the bumper, which now looks brand new. But they also made the inside of my vehicle look great. I'm sure it was vacuumed too. They made it look better than when I dropped it off. They went above expectations.

I drop off my car on ****/9/17 didn't get my car back until ****/19/17. According to them only supposed to be fixing the right fender. I received text about the status of my are up until the Friday ****/13/17. Was told I should have my car by 14th. No call from anyone stating my car was still being worked on. I called Tuesday morning to concerned about my car, I was told it was in the detail shop. Received a text the next morning it was in the detail shop... i didn't find out until that Wednesday it had more work to be done from the GM. Finally pick up my car on Thursday morning everything seemed to be fine drove to work and my car symbol was on my back seat. When I call to question why nobody knows. I know when I dropped it off it wasn't back there. Not hapay at probably will never come back there again.

In the future, if the insurance company is gonna issue updates based on what you submit to them, you need better communication. I had 3 situation reports that were not accurate including the one today, my pickup day. I think reports should be reversed, i.e. Shop provides update to customer with copy to insurance company! That is not what is currently happening.

E-mail updates only told be that the expected date of repair was delayed, repeatedly. No reason was given as to why. I expected the car on the 2nd of Dec, then I was e-mailed the new date was later. Why not let me know why there was a delay so I can understand. I called on the 8th and asked and was told there were additional repairs needed that were not discovered on the first inspection. I can understand that - let the customer know more on the updates.
