Going through geico was more difficult than working with the shop. You were all great and polite. I really enjoyed talking to everyone at the shop each time I called. Keep up the good work. One thing that is confusing is when you do call though. The long quiet pause when you identify yourself should be followed by a "let me look your stuff up and see what's going on"

Becuz im still waiting for my car to be completed its been more than a month the a single part has been on back order and nothing the lady that was also helping said it would be in by may 23rd and still nothing no phone call to keep me updated so that why i not completely satisfied
