Didn't like the fact the dates I was told the car would be ready kept changing. It was inconvenient. The dates were changed three times.

Time for pickup was incorrect and had to wait 40 minutes after the time they told me to come pick up my car. My tire sensor is now also incorrect and have to spend more of my time to bring it in.

Nobody did a walk through with me after the repairs. There was black grease on my tan seat and there is a black spot on the side curtain air bag by the windshield.

Employees have very poor communication skills, receptionist is unprofessional. I wasn't satisfied how the grill part in the front of my car has pick marks all over it, the grills itself doesn't sit/fit very nicely in the new bumper. Time frame given was poor/over promised under deliver. I would never recommend it to any of my friends and family.

What's the purpose of getting text message updates if the information is invalid?! Also Josh that works the front counter is unprofessional and has a smart mouth when it comes to customers and customer needs. Won't be going back nor referring any business.
