Car was repaired very good and the detailing work was wonderful. Unfortunately my experience was tarnished because of poor communication and updating. I was told via phone and text my car would be ready on a certain day and on my way over to pick it up called to confirm at 510pm and was told it wasn’t ready it still needed to be waxed/polished and washed.

I was able to drive my car home after picking it up from Neira’s because it had been started and driven to me and I promptly hopped in the car and drove. But when I tried to start my car so I could drive to work later that day, it failed. My battery was dead. When I called Neira’s for an explanation, I was told that my car battery had been dead when I brought it to them and they had to repeated jumpstart my car. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE. My car functioned perfectly prior to taking it to Neira’s. My battery never gave me trouble before and my interior lights are disabled unless manually turned on, which I am responsible and mindful of, and rarely use. And it’s a 2016 car. My battery should be good for another couple years at least. Now all of a sudden the battery is dead. And the representative said nothing about it when I picked it up, though cowardly relayed it to the phone rep when I called and did not speak to me directly. This was a huge inconvenience to say the least. I was extremely late for work and now I have to buy a new battery. The whole thing feels extremely shady.
