Communication kinda broke down at the end.....we live in **** and only had one car. So trying to make arrangements to get over to pick it up was rough. But all in all things worked out

The process was easy and smooth. The repair looks like it never happened.

Work don't was no doubt excellent.: I don't even remember where the scratch was.. You got the best work men at your workshop.. No doubt about it that's why may be you are the best choice of geico.. However there was a day delay in delivery of the vehicle because you got a wrong part. Guess that part should have been taken take, would have been more enjoyed.. However I am very happy with the work. I would refer all my friends to you for sure..

Poor communication. Sent in multiple text messages. She said she thought it was an error rather than answer the question, or acknowledge my text. When I called in asking why delayed, she almost seemed annoyed I was asking why it was delayed, but told due to unforeseen delays. I had told her I would contact rental car company, and she said I didn't need too. Everthing was done electronically, but after speaking to the rental car company thay had not been notified of the changed completion date. Finally, when I came to pick up, I was asked if my service was excellent or not. Given that I was not given another choice. I told her not, because of the poor communication due to texting. She made it seem like it was my fault she never responded to my text. In the future, never assume something is a wrong text until you have called or texted back to confirm. The body work looks great, but because of poor communication and delay I would not recommend nor use this body shop again.

Everybody was very nice. My car was done when they said it would be. It was also nice to have a Geico rep on site. It's a great all around.

Actually my answer was 'yes' ... Just wish Neira's had help me w/ my deductible, as how the other collision centers did. Nevertheless, my answer was yes. & Thank you.
