I love everything about this place. Every person I spoke to was very informative, and did research so they could answer my questions. They finished the work on my car quicker than expected and it looks amazing! I am very satisfied with the customer service, and the way everything was handled and how everything was broken down to terms I could understand.

"Completely satisfied" is a strong phrase if it takes 200% longer than the estimated time for repair completion and you only have a choice between an SUV, or a brand new Mustang to chose to drive. Who would want to drive any of those cars if you just wrecked with a Honda Civic? Add that to the constant speaking/texting with my mother who I specifically said not to contact is bad customer service.

We had to wait almost an hour after our arrival to pick up our vehicle after we received a text message that the car was ready. We would have preferred being told it would be a long wait rather than being told it was ready when it wasn't quite.
