From Jeff the Geico adjuster to the folks I dealt with in the office I was very happy with my service. Accidents are never fun but you all made it a lot easier on me thank you. Jeff explained everything and was very helpful. He even followed up with me after I received my car to make sure I was happy with the service. I would definitely recommend Geico and Neira’s body shop to my friends and family!

The one part that failed was that the status updates when the time for my repair exceeded the estimate (the most critical time!). I had to call and ask for a status update to find out when my car would be ready 3 times. Annoying.
Otherwise my repair is gorgeous and my experience was very good.
