It is never a pleasant experience to have your car damaged, especially through no fault of your own. However, the Boulder Bump Shop came through in a big way. Luke’s professionalism and attention to detail was very much appreciated. Savannah was most pleasant to deal with. The repair went like clockwork from my end. It took longer than expected, and it was slightly frustrating having the completion date pushed back 3 times or so, but Haley was amazing with communication and helpfulness. Above all else I have to give a glowing review to Haley, it was an absolute pleasure doing business with her, she went above and beyond with communication. This is my second time having repairs done with you and I would be more than happy to come back a third time.

They did such a great job at getting my car done quickly and updated me on every step of the way via emails and photos. It was really great service and they cleaned the inside and outside of my car which was wonderful. I was really impressed with their work and would definitely recommend this place to others. I have had body work done in many shops in the past. I don't recall ever having had to have the battery jumped from the shop wearing it down. To you guys it seemed commonplace. Is there no way to protect your customers batteries while work is being done? We are now getting a new battery. Maybe this would have happened anyway, but it sure seemed like this happens to your shop a lot, based on things that were said as you were trying to get the car started and I was late to a meeting!
