When I went to pick up my car there were gaps in the front bumper around the headlights. Enough of a gap that I can stick my index finger in it & see inside. Also all they did was put my rear view mirror back on. That would be fine if it wasn't still wobbley & not secure. Now I have to wait another 2 days for it hopefully be right

My lower front grill is now missing. I need it replaced.

I have nothing to complain re: the service Sunrise Collision provided. The staff were amazing, especially Alicia. She was awesome & very informative. She helped me out a lot. She answered every question I had. I love the updates via email. I've had my car repair here three times & the service is getting better & better. Thank you for your help. You had made this process so much easier for me & my family.

Everyone was very friendly,also the updates on the status of repairs was helpful.Maybe just send them once a week on fridays telling what was done during that week.

One known item missing from trunk. Fasteners missing from front wheel well causing it to come off while driving and work was done on the back of the vehicle.
