The text updates were very helpful and the whole presentation of Darrell ****was very professional. There were two instances when the front desk staff seemed a bit flighty and forgetful which didn't especially help with customer service (two different employees - I don't know their names), but overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend Darrell Allen.
