Let me say Randy Beam was fantastic to work with,he always took my calls and answered all my questions and very professional. My dissatisfaction comes from the fact my truck was in your shop for 2 months and when it was supposed to pick it up I couldn't because the detailer did a substandard job, not once but twice. I brought my truck in for hail damage because I had a vehicle in a few years ago and the experience was great. Thank you to Randy for helping through the frustration with this.

I will likely never return, despite this being the second body work claim I have had your shop facilitate repairs to my vehicle since purchasing it. The primary reason being the complete rudeness by your service writer and his inability to deliver basic communication requests despite multiple attempts to explain the need as a customer. I had a horrible experience and just this last week told USAA I’ll find another shop to complete the supplemental repairs they just approved. I’ve already shared my experience with other neighbors encouraging them to think twice before relying on the shop to deliver a positive experience.

I trusted yall with my car and still need to finish the front. Then stuff got stolen out of my car. Someone back my car into something. Messed up the sensors in back brake and broke shock cover. Y’all don’t wanna take responsibility for it. I know the damage wasn’t there when I dropped the car off. I do know the damage that was there when I dropped it off. The damage under the bumper from where going in & out of places coz it was there when I bought the car. I’ve already had a mechanic look at it. I’m not happy with yall or y’all’s work. I will never bring my car to yall again except to have my front brackets fixed that was supposed to fixed in the first time. I do have a lawyer working on the stolen items and rear damage from yall.

There was no follow-up with timeline, status updates, or notification when ready. I found it my car was ready from the rental car company telling me that the insurance company stopped paying for the rental car

The repairs on my vehicle are excellent. My only issue with my experience with Hendrick’s is that communications regarding the work being done and completion date left significant room for improvement.
