The repairs look great. While it did take over 2 weeks, this was largely due to the insurance company requiring reappraisal. I was glad to hear that Hendrick collision was able to negotiate all of the repairs on my behalf.

Everyone was AMAZING! The person who did my appraisal was quick and knowledgeable about the process, he helped me figure out the rental car process. They made getting and returning the rental car so easy. The woman who runs the front desk is AMAZING. I had a great experience and my car looks like brand new.

The manager Chris **** was awesome. He answered lots of questions and was very detailed in handling my repair. He was always enthusiastic and genuinely concerned with getting my car repaired and painted like I wanted. Everything went exactly as he described and he has already followed up with me to make sure I was happy. Great guy and and Hendricks should be proud. Excellent employees and great customer service are hard to find these days. Hendricks collision center will get my future business. Thanks Richard P

Very friendly and helpful staff! Much better experience on the telephone with Dana than with other Hendrick shop. Both Dana and the other staff were so kind in person, taking the time to explain everything to me, as well as working with me with a busy schedule for drop off and pick up.

Dana is amazing! She is organized, clear, and took ownership of my case without being asked. She even helped my insurance company understand what I was trying to (but not successfully) communicate with them. There was also a gentleman that stopped his work day to walk out to my car with me and hear my concerns, even though he was planning to do his own assessment. I appreciated the human touch.
