After having what should have been a simple repair and estimated to take 3-4 days for 25 days it appears the last hour was imperative for the repair. Later the same day it was decided that the car would not be ready for 2 more days. Then the pick up time was still down to the minute, and took several more hours. Absolutely ridiculous. Not only was the rental car bill exhorbitant but we were put into a 4 door compact sedan when we were driving an suv to begin with--not hendrick's fault--but tolerable for the 4 days rather than 28. When we picked up the car the repair seemed fine, however the front of the car certainly did not look like the rest of the black trim all the way around. After that length of time it would seem like the rest of the black trim could have been waxed to make the repair not so obvious. Overall, very disappointed.

My experience was very good they were very professional very quick and the job was completed very very well extremely well I would recommend anyone to go there...
