Management was not effective. It was nearly Possible to speak with someone in charge. When the person in charge had to miss work, there was no back up person with whom I could speak. This is very bad management. My car was kept 2 ****/2 weeks with multiple excuses. The car was well repaired and I am satisfied with that. Management was poor. For that reason, I cannot recommend your service. I will not return as a customer.

The level of kind professionalism was exceptional. At each phase of the body repair I was contacted and updated with the progress. To make it even better I was surprised by how affordable the repairs were. The turnaround time from when I dropped the vehicle off to picking it up repaired was much faster then I anticipated and I walked away extremely satisfied. I’m going to trust Hendrick Collision for any future work I need done.
