Thank you very much for repairing my Chevy van. They did an excellent job and what impressed me most was the cleanliness with which they delivered the vehicle to me. That gives me peace of mind that the entire repair process was carried out professionally.

There was a strong odor in the vehicle after we picked it up that was not present when we dropped it off. We are worried that maybe there is mildew inside the door panel but we do not want to break anything by removing the door panel to check

There was a very long delay and updates were infrequent. Hood does not align completely. Apart from that the job seems to have been done well.

This business gets a 10/10. The people are warm and friendly and give top-notch customer service. I was updated on the status of my car every single day. My vehicle came out looking better than it did before the accident, and the work was completed earlier than expected. I would recommend this business to everyone.

They did a fantastic job. It was so clean at first I didn’t recognize my truck had to hit the unlock button on key. The only think I didn’t like was that they put the white wall showing were my other three do not. It sticks out but it is ok next year I plan on getting new tires anyway. Overall a great job ????

The gentleman who handled my claim was very thorough, and kept me informed throughout the process. The work was completed ahead of schedule, and when I picked up my vehicle, I was happy to see that my 2015 4Runner had not only been expertly repaired, but had been thoroughly cleaned as well, and was looking good as new! I would highly recommend'd Hendrick Collision to anyone in need of the services they provide.

I received regular updates while my car was in the collision center. All employees were professional. Brian not only kept me informed, but he handled all communications with the insurance company.
