Jonathan the tech was amazing - courteous, friendly and most of all, extremely professional. However, the folks at the front desk were not friendly at all - they could use a little niceness... Overall, I was very pleased with the finished work and will definitely think on Hendrick Colllision for referrals...

Please let Justin Bowers and his management know he did an awesome job!!! He is so knowledgeable, kind and friendly. I'm a car nut and take very good care of my vehicles. Justin exceeded my expectations! He listened carefully and answered all of my questions and concerns, and delivered on what he promised. He deserves a Gold Star! You just don't find this level of exceptional customer service anymore. Thank you!

From the moment I came into the shop, it was like they were just working with me. They did a phenomenal job from the start to the finish. They went above and beyond for me and did such a wonderful job on my car. I would rather pay more for the service I received than to take it somewhere else. Way to go Honda @ South Blvd!

That was very quick and very professional service. I am completely satisfied how everything is looking, my car looks as a brand new now. John is doing incredible job, I like how he waxed my car around on every little questionable spot to make it shine.

I’m usually pretty particular. I didn’t even look at the car when I picked it up. Not my usual modus operandi. I chalk it up to my explicit faith in the quality of service I’ve received from Hendrick. Bought the car there. Service it there. Body work there. You guys get it done. I do have some minor issues to address on my upcoming service. Hoping I don’t get the “your extended warranty doesn’t cover that” crap. We’ll see. I’ve been very satisfied to this point though. Thanks.

Jason's transparency played a huge role in my confidence in the repairs being completed with the highest level of quality. They were completed later than the original estimate, but, the reasoning for the delays were understandable. I appreciate the exceptional level of service, especially the young ladies out front. Their kindness too made it easier to accept the delays.
